Email Marketing is effective
Email Marketing is overlooked by many companies. But experience shows that it is a very effective means of marketing in the digital age. And by the way - it's very cheap!
Remember, we are living in a time that has run from traditional marketing based on advertising in paid media.
Today it is about creating direct relationships with the customers, and this can be done with e-mails and newsletters. MHowever, it has to be done right if you want to get people to subscribe and thus give you their email addresses and thus their permission to send them valuable valuable knowledge. That can create so much confidence in you and your products and services that they end up buying something from you.
Here are some tips for Email Marketing:
Be sure to profile yourself on the various social media
Be active with good posts, comments and likes. Make it possible to subscribe to your emails already at that stage or try to lure people into your website, where you with more content can tempt them to subscribe.
Make sure you have a good welcome email
Experience shows that there are four times as many who open a welcome email and the click rate is 5 times higher than in later emails.
Show clearly who you are and what you want
Your mail must be so clear and clear and easy to comprehend in language and design that the message and usability are precise. You must step in and show your company's DNA. An unclear profiling makes you uninteresting.
Write as you speak
Even if you communicate BXNUMXB. Remember that we are completely different when we are online. We are busy and would like to be able to read a text quickly and see if it is interesting. Therefore - use a fresh tone and keep the text short. The eyes simply give way to a wall of text.
Avoid too many messages
If you have many messages, serve it in smaller chunks over multiple mails instead of one long one.
Give the reader a reason to take action now!
When you have sent the e-mail, always ask yourself the question: What do I want the reader to do? If you are hesitant in the answer, then the mail is not sharp enough. An email should be able to do two things: Get the reader to take action. And… action NOW!
Capture readers with an exciting, creative headline that forces them to read
Don't be afraid to make it long - it is quite common today with long headlines.
Make sure the content is interesting
62 pct. of those who unsubscribe, do so because they find it uninteresting.
Remember that we usually have to be affected more than once to buy something
Prepare therefore a whole series of 2-3 emails per week for 3-XNUM weeks. Like with limited-time offers, competitions, quizzes or other things that inspire faster action from the reader.
Don't make spelling mistakes
Video, images, layout and infographics
Yes, we are visual beings, and the four elements play an important role. But be careful not to drown in too big ambitions, as time and budget do not suffice. An exciting, creative, clear-cut text with a clear message that is quickly read through is poignant in newsletters and email campaigns.
End with a PS.
It sounds strange, but the experience shows that it works best. We typically read the headline and quickly scroll down to the bottom. There we then find a PS, which should be particularly stimulating for the readers' curiosity. Don't disappoint them.
